Delivery Information
We are used to handling products of a sensitive nature and so we understand that discretion is of paramount importance when making your decision to purchase adult goods from us.
At SexJoys you don't have to worry about your privacy and our discretion. All packages are shipped with no indication of their contents, no brand names or the word Sex Joys. The only address other than yours is our return address, placed on the reverse of the package.
Depending on your order size you will receive your goods in a white bubble envelope, a silver special delivery bag or a cardboard box.
We do our very best to despatch standard delivery items within 1-2 days, depending on our despatch schedule. All next day deliveries placed before 3pm will be with you the following day. If you order after 3pm then our next day delivery service still applies, but your goods will arrive on the second working day.
We do offer a Saturday morning delivery service if the order is placed before 3pm on the Friday. If you order after 3pm on the Friday, or over the weekend then your package will arrive on the Tuesday (Wednesdays after a bank holiday) when the special delivery option is selected.
We charge the following delivery rates:
Standard Royal Mail 'signed for' delivery within the UK, 2-5 day service - £3.95
Next Day Special delivery or Courier Delivery within the UK (Order before 1pm)- £5.95
International shipping is a fixed price of £12.95
If you're in the UK and your order is over £30 then we offer a free standard delivery service.
For your protection we always ask that you sign for your delivery, whichever shipping option is selected. If you are not in then a card with further instructions will be left for you.
Product Return Policy:
You may return any SexJoys purchase to us for a no quibble refund within 30 days of purchase. You have a duty of care to ensure the goods remain in good condition.
Unwanted Purchases
For hygienic reasons we cannot accept the return of products that have been used. All goods returned are thoroughly inspected prior to a refund decision being made.
If the item has not been used and remains in good condition then you have 30days to notify us of your decision to cancel your order.

Faulty Goods
We try to ensure that all goods are of the highest quality, but with any product sometimes faults do occur. We do not inspect all products before they are shipped, but if we find a recurring problem with a particular item then we will de-list it.
In the event of a faulty item, you can return it to a FREEPOST address that will be provided upon your request.
Refunds
We aim to refund you immediately upon the satisfactory return of your item. Please ensure the goods arrive in an unopened, unused and good condition. Refunds are generally made back to the credit / debit card or paypal account you used to purchase.
Customer Complaints
We operate a customer case system which handles your questions and complaints. We take your feedback very seriously, without it we would not be able to continually make improvements to our websites. We aim to respond to all email queries within 24 hours of receipt.
